Internet service is very bad in the hotel, Only Wi-Fi, it cut down line all the
time, if you need fine or ok internet, that is not good choice. Even I did
complain as many time, but still cut down and very slow in whole time.
But the location is very good, it close sky train Aberdeen station, and next to
door to supermarket and many Asian food around by 1 min walk..
By the way, the Hotel front staffs are much more help and good smile in all
time, especially a stuff name Roman, he gives us much more help.,..Thanks so
much to him.
If it is get REALLY HIGH = SPEED internet, than I would get back in next time.

We arrived after a 6 hour drive through the mountains to find we had been
upgraded to a very smart suite. It had everything you could wish for, even a
huge washer dryer which meant all my holiday washing was done on our last night
before departing from the airport.
The only fault we could find was the very limited selection on the dinner menu
in the Fresh restaurant - very disappointing and poorly presented. Breakfast
next morning was superb with a lovely selection of fresh fruit and hot dishes.
Staff helpful and courteous, but not particularly friendly, and restaurant staff
need a little more training.

I booked a room and requested a crib. At check in I was told no cribs were
available. Needless to say I didn't get any sleep because I had one eye on my 10
month old at all times so he wouldn't crawl or roll off the bed.
Hotel staff was very friendly.
Housekeeping is poor. There was a dirty plate outside my door upon checkin and
still there at check out. My room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long
time.
The room i was given was very quiet until housekeeping was out in the hall. beds
are comfy as well.
Guest Reviews of the Radisson Hotel Vancouver Airport
May 19, 2011
We stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Richmond BC from April 25-29. We were staying
there due to an insurance claim at our place in Richmond. We used Hotwire to get
a good deal for the Richmond airport region. We didn't know what Hotel we were
getting. We were upset initially to find out it was the Radisson. We didn't want
to be on No. 3 Rd ( very busy). Anyways, after the first night we both had to go
to work. When my wife woke and pulled the covers off, a fairly large spider was
under the covers with her. She hates spiders, but she managed to kill it. She
then noticed there were many baby spiders in the window. When she went to work
she told the hotel to clean out the spiders when they fix up the room. We came
back after work and the spiders were still in the window. My wife called to get
them to fix this. A housekeeper came up with a wet feather-duster to get rid of
the spiders. Does a wet feather-duster remove spiders? The spiders were still
there. I phoned Hotwire to complain about this, they offer no refunds or
cancellations. They did offer $25 hotwire dollars for each night, so $100
Hotwire dollars. OK. The hotel offered to change our room. it was midnight and
too late for this. After work the next day, I came back to the hotel and went to
inspect my first room, one floor below us. I checked out the window, saw
cobwebs, no spiders. Then I moved the chair near the window and there was
another decent sized SPIDER alive under there. Back to the desk. They were very
sorry, here's another room. Straight to the window, baby spiders in the window.
Back to the desk. Here another room. No spiders but I pulled the bedside table
out and there was a woman's fake finger nail under it. Disgusting. Back to the
front desk. Here's another room. I asked if anybody wanted to come with me? They
declined. Next room had baby SPIDERS in the window AGAIN!!! Back to the desk.
Room #5, I couldn't find a problem. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Once again, I phoned
hotwire, I was on hold for 20 minutes so I gave up. The hotel tried to help
smooth over the issue by sliding 2 free breakfast coupons under the door. Nice
but we both have to leave for work before breakfast opens. They can't even talk
to us to resolve the issue. After work the next day, I phoned Hotwire to
complain of this ridiculous Hotel. The Radisson is supposed to be 4 stars, I've
stayed in nasty motels and never had a recurring problem like this. Hotwire did
resolve the issue. So even if Hotwire says there are no refunds or
cancellations, keep complaining. It may not work for you, this was extreme
circumstances. But just to let you know, I am pretty sure that the Radisson did
not resolve any of the issues I found in their rooms. I'm sure they just put
people right into them.
