We stayed here for one night before our flight out to Alaska for our cruise. The
hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport and we used their free shuttle
service which was very efficient both from and back to the airport.
The lobby of the hotel is not very inviting, but the front desk staff were very
friendly. Our room was nicely decorated and very clean. A complimentary
continental breakfast was included - tea, coffee, juice, muffins, toast, cereal,
fruit - a nice touch.
We booked on Hotwire and got a good price and would use this hotel again if we
needed an overnight stay near the Vancouver airport.

We were looking for a hotel that had easy access the the road system - yet was
accessible to central Vancouver. The Ramada Limited Vancouver Airport seemed to
fit all of this. It is easily accessible from the main arterial Highway 99 and
it just a few minutes walk to the Sky Link train that takes you in into the
heart of Vancouver.
The hotel offers free underground secure parking.
The bedroom was spacious and although I room overlooked the min road it was
quiet inside.

Stay in this hotel for one night after returning from a trip to Banff. Price is
reasonable and the location was good. Room decoration is fair with all
facilities you need. Room equipped with a balcony which is good for fresh air. I
had a room facing the back in front of a lot of greens. Very quite atmosphere.
Staff is efficient and room rate include continental breakfast in the morning.
Breakfast choices not much but reasonable. Value for money when you are in
Richmond. Parking is free when you reside in the hotel.

Turned up about 12 noon, hoping to leave bags there until check in time, but
Benny on Front Desk offered us a room straight away, and all the staff we saw
during our two day stay were full of helpful advice and suggestions. The
Richmond Sky Train terminal is a couple of blocks away, making access to
downtown from the hotel in just over half an hour, and for just a few dollars.
(The day rover ticket is good for the SeaBus and Busses, too). Back at the
hotel, we barely noticed that we were near the airport, and the park behind the
hotel is well worth a stroll through.

We picked this hotel for its location near the airport and the reasonable price.
The room was cramped but had everything we needed. It was very quiet and the bed
was comfortable. One drawback was that there were few dining options if you did
not have transportation. (The restaurant across the street is more bar than
restaurant, but the food was fine.) The free breakfast had a good selection of
carbs plus scrambled eggs. The shuttle service to and from the airport was good.

I paid about CAD 70 per night for this hotel so in general the room, location
and service were all ok, given I was only staying for 3 nights. I wasn't
expecting a lot with the price I paid so there is no complaint about this dated
hotel, furniture and building. However, having a hot shower is critical to me
and somehow the hotel put a "ring" on the shower switch which did not allow me
to turn the temperature to the hotter side. I think the idea was probably to
avoid hotel guests getting burned from hot water and the "ring" can't be
removed. Therefore, I was having luke warm showers throughout my stay. For
someone who prefers hot showers everyday I was not happy at all. I will
definitely try another hotel in my next visit to Vancouver.
