The Westin Wall was a very nice hotel. The rooms were very modern & clean and
staff was excellent. We stayed there for 3 days and had a great time.
Especially, want to thank Cody and Lisa at the Westin Wall for their great
customer service. Cody for all the recommendations for things to do in the area
and Lisa for helping us get into our rooms when we locked ourselves out. They
were so gracious and always had a smile on their faces. Thanks again.

We stayed here over night, our flight was in the morning. When we arrived the
staff was amazing! We got our room for $99! and the guy at the desk upgraded our
room to a corner room with a king! This room was huge, clean, and had such a
comfy bed! Also the room was surrounded by windows. It was the best 4 hours of
sleep I got. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Also the parking was $18
plus taxes but I didn't care too much because the hotel was worth it! I will
stay they next time I go to Vancouver

My wife and I stayed here one night after our cruise to be close to the airport.
This was an excellent choice. We got off of the ship and there was a shuttle
desk for transfers to the airport and airport hotels for $14.00 each. The next
day the hotel had a free shuttle to the airport which is only 5 minutes away.
The room (1001) was just right--a corner room on 10th floor with distant views.
Very nice bathroom with separate tub and shower. Starbucks in the room.
This place was spotless.
For dinner we walked to the Italian Tomatoe Restaurant which was almost across
the street. HUGE portions, delicious, and reasonably priced.
This hotel is quite new. We paid $125.00 for the night.

My husband and i booked a room for our wedding night and I requested for an
upgrade since it was a special occasion. I was expecting maybe a higher floor
with a view as our upgrade but I was surprised to find out they actually
upgraded us to a nicer room (corner suite) and also gave us access to their club
lounge so we could have breakfast there the following morning. We really
appreciated that!
The corner suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was large
with both a stand up shower and a bathtub. The floor to ceiling windows were
great in the evening for a nice view of the city and in the morning for natural
sunlight.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Thank you!

Stayed one night after arriving late on a flight from Edmonton.
Hotel is very near the airport.
The lobby is small but the attendants were pretty friendly.
The real bonus is when I walked into the Room. It was Massive with a gorgeous
bathroom and nice bed, amenities. Very modern, new feel to the place. Big TV and
fast internet.
Tried Room Service and the service was excellent (Dinner and Breakfast).
I had a great sleep!
Check out was fast as well and they went out of my way to be sure I got a cab
and on my way.
I would definitely stay here again!

The service at this hotel is exceptional. The hotel's restaurant offers great
food although expensive. There are other restaurants within walking distance
from the hotel for those that want variety and don't want to pay the high price.
The rooms and amenities are great. The hotel has a fitness centre but quite a
walk just to go there. Parking is not free.

We have been chosen Star woods hotel for many years, but this is our second time
stayed at WEST-IN Wall Center Vancouver airport and we felt disappointed again.
The rooms' clean and the area is good, it's just the service is so damn bad.
First time when we stayed at West-in Richmond BC, the service was bad already,
and the second time we wants to use our S P G card for late check out, the
counter people told us, the hotel is too busy that they can't promise for the
late check out even at 1PM.
They asked us to phone counter in the morning to check the ability, and they
said because we used hot wire to book the room, we can't chose to do it because
the room rate we got already the lowest, that's y we have no choice. What the
hell is this kind of service, she can use the other way to explain but never in
this way!

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean and modern hotel. An airport shuttle
picks you up free of charge. The Bridgeport station on the Canada Line is only a
7 minute walk. The Boathouse Seafood restaurant is just across the street if you
prefer to dine outside the hotel. Vancouver is a pricey city, but even with
these standards, the breakfast at the hotel was very expensive. There is a
Starbucks about a block away, and we might try that on our next visit.
The bed was oh so comfortable and the bath had a separate tub and shower. Our
room had a pretty view towards downtown Vancouver and even though the flight
path for the airport was on our side of the hotel, we never heard a thing.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

After traveling for 2 1/2 weeks and staying in little hotels and B & B's in
Europe, this was a welcome respite...especially after a 9 hour flight in which
we got little sleep. It was just an overnight layover but very comfy (wonderful
bed and bedding!) and quiet. Food overpriced of course, and not very good. But
so glad we had reserved a room here for the night.

This is a beautiful hotel with an excellent staff. It's well placed for an
overnight to catch a plane. Otherwise, it's in an industrial area with views of
gravel yards, typical light industrial yards, the river.
Easy walk/$5 cab to the casino which had a lot more action. |
