A short block away from the King George Skytrain station; just a little bit of
noise. Spacious room with a couch & coffee table instead of a second bed.
Plastic cups, not so classy. No radio reception but good WiFi in the room. In
general, quite comfortable and good value.

A bit of a concrete box on a highway but once you're in you are well looked
after. Not much to do in the vicinity but well connected by skytrain. Restaurant
was fine, breakfast was fine, bar was a bit of a dive but good fun for pitchers,
shots, pool and darts.

Only some mattresses have been replaced, ours had not been and definitely showed
its age. Single pane windows facing the King George Highway made for some extra
noise in the evening but overall not terrible. If you are a light sleeper get a
room on the back side of the building.
The restaurant for lunch and dinner has extremely SLOW service - food is about
average (not what it says to be). the morning breakfast bistro was a bit faster
but still took longer than it should to get your food - prices were very fair
and made up for the extra time.
The Hotel is fine - the restaurants need more staff!

I stayed with my partner during the month of april and it was an awesome
experience. The rooms were clean and the hotel was in a central location. The
staff were friendly and helpful. Jackie at the front desk was very friendly and
welcoming. The food was great at the restaurant and we really enjoyed our stay.
We will definitely stay again and refer to friends.

Great hotel and excellent customer service. The front staff are attentive and
extremely courteous. I was very pleased with the accommodations and location of
the hotel. Customer service is key for me. I am a frequent traveler and I expect
professional, efficient service. DONE! I will stay here again in the future.

Flew in for a conference and was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff.
The rooms were clean, quiet and well equipped and the food I had during my stay
was excellent.

Average rooms. Restaurant had average food but did not honour advertised pricing
special. Customer response card received no response. E-mail complaint had no
response. There are cheaper places to stay and eat. Better food for a bit more
effort. |
