We stayed here having arrived in Vancouver on a late flight, terribly jetlagged and needed somewhere handy to get a good night sleep. The hotel provided an excellent free shuttle from the airport, which was very efficient and made our arrival in Canada totally stress free.... more

I had to prepay this hotel for the Olympics - when my husband got seriously ill and we could not fly - this Hotel would do NOTHING to help us out - no credit in the future - ... more ..(2)
