Thanks to the Granville Streets ongoing beautification, this
formerly down and out hotel was bought, gutted, renovated, and reopened with an eye
to the budget-conscious traveler.
The rooms are simply furnished; the suites
have kitchenettes and sofa beds. The rooms are moderately larger and
comfortable.

You pay for what you get. I got a great deal . Rate was 59 CAD on Thursday night
and 69 CAD on Friday night. It was a great location, staff was helpful and
friendly. Close to walk to Granville Island, Gastown, Robson St, the works!
Parking was eary and fairly inexpensive (14CAD/night) ....Reviews

This was my second stay at the Hojo. The location is great--very
central--although parts of Granville are gritty. Overall, this hotel
provides good value for money, at least during the low season. ....Reviews
