Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Good size rooms right in the
heart of downtown Vancouver. Quality in-room amenities fully refreshed
and stocked each day. Staff make an effort to recall previous visit
preferences and to proactively ensure current visit goes well.....

I love the Westin Grand. The hotel is nicely located downtown Vancouver
between Granville Island and Stanley Park. The employees make this the
best place to stay. The staff make my girls feel like they belong there.
Everyone seemed in good spirits and they were always looking out for the
customers best interest. ....
