Staff truly made our stay a memorable one. Very good suggestions on restaurants
and sights, staff extremely helpful and courteous, rooms very clean and very
well appointed. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, great sleep and great value.

The Sheraton on McCallum Rd. was a great stay, away from the downtown core, yet
convenient for meals, walking around Vic,etc. Upon arrival, the clerk at the
desk greeted us even though it was close to midnight, he also told us about a
birthday discount that they had and automatically applied it to our bill. He
upgraded our room as well.
Our room had a Jacuzzi tub, large flat screen TV's in the living rooma nd the
bedroom (much to my husbands delight). I like to fall asleep listening to music
or the TV so this was perfect!. Nice to have really good TV's!
We were there for 5 days and it was an amazing stay. The staff was so friendly
and felt like we had known them for so long. The clerk during the night was
amazing. I gt sick one night from the food we had eaten out in Vic and she
helped us through it all with meds and checking in. She was AMAZING!!!!!
Our room had a nice quite view of local mountains and a far reaching vista of
the island, which was much nicer than being crowded in downtown.
One feature I have mentioned already and really like at the McCallum Road
location is the parking. Lots of the downtown hotels have next to nothing for
parking and what's there is underground or seems to have a lot of questionable
characters in the area. No questionable people anywhere about here, it's out of
the city, just far enough. We felt quite secure and parked it in the well lit
open parking lot, directly off the main entrance. I really like it when my
vehicle is secure.
I would use a GPS to find McCallum if it's dark and rainy, as it's a short
little road, off the island highway, but it's a nice quiet corner in a busy
world and worth the extra 10 minutes from town to get to. We will be returning
for my husbands 30th birthday as it has become a trip we will never forget. Room
302 will always be in our hearts. We have recommended this hotel to each and
everyone of our friends and people we know that are going to Victoria.

Me and my two girlfriends stayed at this hotel last week and we were very
pleasantly surprised! At first we weren't sure about staying outside of
downtown, but we had heard it was really nice and fairly new, so we decided to
give it a try. I can't say enough about the level of service we received, from
the front desk to housekeeping to the shuttle drivers, everyone was really nice!
The hotel was at capacity and there were a few hockey tournaments going on so
there were kids running all around during the day...but the staff was really
good at being patient lol, and they made sure we were in a room away in a corner
since we liked to sleep in late after late nights out... Not once did the kids
bother us! The room was very spacious and had a great view, the only thing I
would change is the size of the stand-up shower-it was a bit on the smaller
side. Other than that there's a Costco, Starbucks, and a small shopping complex
all across the street, so super convenient. I am so glad we chose to stay at
Four Points- I will definitely visit again in the near future!

this hotel has a nice restaurant especially for breakfast , good customer

The room was fine and a good price, but we had the misfortune of being placed
one story above the entrance for the pub on a Saturday night. All the smokers
hang out by the door, so we heard all the yelling and music you would expect
from an ever changing crowd of young people hanging outside a pub on a Saturday
night. A call to the front desk did not quiet things down, so I called back and
asked if they had rooms on the other side of the hotel. Within five minutes the
front desk had brought up a key for a room on the other side,and just a few
doors away. Much better, but I can't believe that they didn't think of this when
they built this place. Good service, but a lousy hotel design

Disappointed with this visit
i had stayed in this hotel previously in a regular room and was pleased with the
experience. For this visit, I wanted the flexibility of a kitchenette to prepare
some food and snacks, so paid what I considered to be a much higher rate for a
sink, counter, no table to sit at, had to ask for the microwave and cooking
things, and still was not worth it to try to boil water on a whimpy hot plate.
This room did not meet expectations. There were no chairs or anywhere to sit to
monitor the kids in the pool despite a big sign saying not to leave them there
alone. The exercise room had what I needed and was stocked with towels and
wipes. the only restaurant at the hotel is a pub, so no kids except for
breakfast.

High quality service and amenities for a moderate price. Hotel is in an out of
the way location, but it works for me.

My husband recently had to stay in Victoria for a 5 day workshop and I joined
him for one night for a workshop as well. We stayed at this hotel last November
as well and really enjoyed it and so booked it again for the 6 nights. Again, we
were very pleased with the hotel. We used the upgrade certificate found on Trip
Advisor and they upgraded my husband to a beautiful corner suite. The heater
rattled in this room and they couldn't seem to repair it, so they upgraded him
to a beautiful suite on the 4th floor. Great customer service, Enjoyed the
restaurant as well, great breakfasts.
We really enjoyed this hotel again and would definitely stay here again.
