We are repeat visitors to the Coast Harbourside because
of its location, the comfort and size of the rooms; and
the terrific customer service. The front desk and
housekeeping are exemplary. Parking is reasonably priced
(unlike some of its competitors) and its so great to
zoom out the door and be walking the Inner Harbor. it's
our go-to place in Victoria.

Pleasant hotel staff, comfortable rooms and nice view of
the harbor. The hotel has a nice restaurant too. The
small aircraft can be somewhat noisy as they take off
from the water, but it didn't interrupt sleep. Great
indoor/outdoor pool and a very nice large SPA for
relaxing and soaking. It is not a very long walk to
"downtown" and one can stroll there in about 15 minutes.
Nice convenient location to begin a morning run along
the parks and beaches of southern Vancouver Island.

My corner room had both mountain and harbor views. the
room was very clean and comfortable and was well
appointed. It offered 2 comfortable chairs with a shared
ottoman, as well as a very efficient work station. The
staff were all very friendly and accommodating of any of
my requests. I took advantage of the complimentary
shuttle service, never having to wait more than 5
minutes for a ride to or from my destinations. The
drivers were very personable, and efficient. The hotel
is ideally located next to Fisherman's Wharf and within
an easy walk to the harbor, museums, and the uptown
area. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to
any of my family or friends.

Remarkably accommodating staff including servers at the
in-house Blue Crab restaurant. The latter were a
pleasure to meet at breakfast and professional. The
breakfasts were great value - the room rate included a
full 'Continental' breakfast but we just added a 'side'
of scrambled eggs or sausages for $3. Truly pleasant
experience.
The dinners were OK - in particular, the "rack of lamb"
was oily, pan fried and the fillet mediocre.
A reviewer complained about the hardwired Internet
in-room [wi-fi in the lounge areas] but we plugged in
and were surfing with no problems.
We wanted 4 robes for us and guests for their hot pool
and they were provided in a jiffy. The hotel had no
slippers for our trip to the pool/sauna area and could
not help with an emergency CD blank or a thumb drive.
The on-demand, free shuttle was a nice surprise - the
staff driver took you to your destination and brought
you back when you phoned.
The exhaust ventilation in the bathroom was sub-par but
housekeeping was great.. Their sewing kit was inadequate
- one small needle that had to be threaded by front desk
staff who had difficulty - they should replace the kits.
The location in the inner harbour was quiet and the free
shuttle made trips downtown a breeze. This property has
a marina so you can sail and dock here.
Yes, we'll stay here again and hope that the service at
other locations is a great.

My Mother and I recently stayed at the Coast Harbourside
hotel in Victoria, BC. What a wonderful experience! The
staff were so nice and helpful. We went to see a
performance of "The Mikado" at the McPherson Playhouse
and the Bellman even drove us there so we didn't have to
pay for a taxi! We also ate at the Blue Crab for
breakfast and it was delicious. I would highly recommend
the Crab Benedict. All in all we had a lovely stay and
we would definitely stay there again while in Victoria.
