We’re walk in to this motel , with no reservation but our stay at this Motel was
fine! The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. Air condition was working
well.
Walking distance to the Mall and a few minutes drive to the Harbor. We’re able
to use the pool/slides at Vacation Inn across the road.
Customer service was Great, Staffs were very nice, courteous, professional and
helpful. Helped and Assure me with the refund that I over paid. THANK YOU!
Fair, Simple and a Decent Price. Free Parking & Internet.
We’ll stay again to this motel when we come back to Victoria,
I recommend this motel to relatives and friends.

Older motel. Bare minimums for an overnight stay...or cheap accommodations if
you are there longer. Reasonable location...about 5 min from downtown core with
car, or 30 min walk from downtown. Convenient for short stay.

We have booked the motel room for one week. We checked in, seen the room and
went back to the front desk to ask for a different room because our bedroom wall
was adjoining to the laundry room wall. Who wants to hear and smell the laundry
room when you are in your room? They said we could not move. The next day I
asked to have three sets of towels put into the room since there we three of us
staying there.
The room had one bed that was a sway back. Wall hanging was missing from the
room but the brackets are still on the walls. The unit has a kitchenette that
does not have a microwave oven. This is a basic for any motel with a
kitchenette. The kitchenette measured about 24” x 42” which included the counter
top and all-in-one unit. Way too small. The electrical outlet that turned on the
lamp when you entered the room was wired wrong. Both of the outlets instead of
just one was operated by the switch. So if you want to use a computer on the
desk by that outlet you had to have on the light as well.

Hello all, our experience at this Motel was great! It always seems that the
Motels I stay in are far better than the more expensive hotels I stay in. I
can't understand way that is. Basically, our experience was fantastic! The beds
were very comfortable, the room was exceptionally clean and the customer service
was phenomenal! And the price was brilliant! We paid about $108.00 for one night
and it was well worth it. Keep in mind that we saw probably about 7 other
Traveller Inn locations in the vicinity of ours so I don't think you can go
wrong if made a booking in another location. Our location was just outside of
downtown Victoria so if wasn't noisy at all. If you go further downtown I would
think it would be busier with more distractions. In conclusion, the service and
quality was great. We loved every bit of our stay and would not hesitate to stay
again when we return to BC (we are from Toronto). Good luck!

My husband and granddaughter stayed at the Travellers Inn during July for 4
nights. It had a great location close to a mall and several stores that I enjoy
shopping at as well as two restaurants that were within walking distance. The
one problem I had was finding it as I did not realize that there is a travellers
inn just about every 2 or 3 blocks on this street. When I stopped at the wrong
one they were quite pleasant and directed me to the correct one. The other
problem I had were some very noisy neighbors at 3 AM. I called front desk and
they very quickly called to the room and then when the noise did not stop they
went to the room and had the extra people removed. They were very pleasant and
courteous to me and I really appreciated the immediate effort to solve my
problem. I would definitely stay here again.

Found the room comfortable ,clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and
helpful in suggesting sights to see and places to eat. We had a slight problem
with the toilet running but that was rectified promptly, once we notified the
staff. The Location was a bit farther out than we thought but the hotel provides
a free shuttle downtown. It was great that they provided this service, it
dropped us off right down in the harbour! We would definitely stay there again
or any one of their other hotels. If the weather was warmer we would stay at one
of the Travellers Inns with a pool.
