We've been to Victoria for at least four times and this
is the first time we stayed really close to the Inner
Harbour because my parents are getting old and can' walk
for more than 30 mins. We decided to be a little closer
to the Inner Harbour. This place is by the water! We are
very pleased to stay in this hotel. Parking and
continental breakfast are included. We used their
swimming pool and hot tub , both are in great condition.
We did have the view of the pool and the rooms has two
queen beds (we had two rooms). Both rooms are excellent.
Breakfast is good not fancy as Marriott and Shangri-la
hotels offerings but enough to get you started. I like
the gated parking, we felt very safe in this hotel.
Everything is walking distance and the staff are the
kind of people you will find in five star hotels. Great
service and there is always sincerity when they talk to
you.

We had a wonderful time at the Best Western Inner
Harbour. Our room was spacious, well decorated, and had
a huge, enclosed deck. Perfect for Easter morning with
our two small kids! The breakfast room was great; we
were able to start our busy days with a good breakfast.
Location was convenient, staff was friendly and helpful.
There were no negatives.

My husband and I travelled to Victoria for a short
getaway and left our 2 young kids at home! It was
wonderful and one of the best vacations we've had. This
hotel could not have been in a better location! Within
walking distance to everywhere including a grocery
store. The complimentary breakfast is a huge advantage
in our books and it was DELICIOUS! We will definitely be
coming back to the Best Western Inner Harbour again,
both with our kids and without them!

Right from start to finish this was one of the best
hotel stays I have ever experienced. Reservation
personnel were very accommodating and friendly; front
desk staff were truly welcoming, helpful and efficient;
room was immaculate and well laid-out; and location of
the hotel is ideal for a stay in Victoria. Located near
the harbour and within a short walking distance to most
of the popular attractions there is no need to take the
car out of the secure underground parking. Butchart
Gardens is about a 20 minute drive but only because
traffic flow tends to be very slow in Victoria,
regardless of where you are coming from or going to.

The staff were warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable
about where to eat and what to do. This is a great
location for visiting Victoria.
Room Tip: Request a room up high overlooking the
harbour.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Great location for a
trip to Victoria. Rooms well appointed and comfortable,
friendly staff and good breakfast.
All in all a great base for a stay near the harbour.
