If you don't mind the ~10min drive from downtown Victoria in order to save some
money, then this hotel is perfect! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the
decor is a minimalist modern chic, almost like a boutique hotel. Free internet
access on two public laptop computers on the second floor. Not much to do around
the area, but there are several chain restaurants and a Costco nearby--you
really have to take the highway to get to points of interest. We were able to do
a full day's sightseeing in Victoria and at the Butchart Gardens, rested well
overnight and caught the ferry back to the US the next morning.

My husband and I stayed at the Four Points in Victoria during our mini get away,
and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and cozy, and the staff is
extremely friendly. We really enjoyed that we were away from the downtown scene,
the peace and quiet was nice for a change. We would recommend having dinner at
the West Coast Tap House, the food and service was excellent.

We really enjoyed our trip to Victoria and the Sheraton was a excellent value
and comfortable sleep. The staff was very appreciative and always smiling. I
thought the location was a little far from downtown (20 minutes), but it was
good for us as we got to visit some friends too. Great value, good rooms, but
the carpet in the lobby area is probably due for a change or cleaning.....
Overall, we loved the city and the Sheraton 4 points was a great value and place
for our family. Also, the restaurant/patio are very trendy and we enjoyed the
menu.

Clean and comfy........new and stylish. Big screen wall mounted plasma tv with
all new movie rentals. Beautifully designed beds with plush plush bedding (I
wanted to take it home with me) This stay was just fantastic, the pool and hot
tub were super clean, its was quiet. I stay here ever chance I get whether busy
or fun.....I have recommended this hotel to many many people. I give it a five
star rating.

My husband and I just returned from our tip to Victoria and the San Juan
Islands. The Sheraton was further out of Victoria than we anticipated and behind
a huge shopping area filled with Costcos, Staples giant big name places like
that so not very scenic. Probably more of a business kind of place to stay in.
Not very well attuned to tourists. No maps etc. In fact, the people at the front
desk are not from the area so not a great resource for asking about restaurants
etc. However, not a very expensive place to stay and the rooms were very nice.
The hotel has a little pool and a small gym. It also has free internet service.
It also has a huge bar/restaurant to dine in which was good except one morning
they ran out of yogurt. If you really want to get the feel of Victoria probably
best to stay in the city.

This was my first visit to Victoria. A short drive from downtown which is OK for
us since we have a rental car. I like the free parking, room was clean and neat,
nice flat screen TV. We did not use the pool. My only complaint is that I was
having hard time turning shower knob to control water temp and there is no towel
rod/hanger in the bathroom.

This was my first time staying in this hotel as I normally stay in the Westin
about 10 minutes away. It is a very nice hotel for what it is supposed to be in
its market price range. There was nothing to complain of, although you don't get
the wow factor you would in a more upscale place. The one thing that did stand
out was the pub. It was far superior to anything I have seen in a hotel before.
The food was well above average, the service was quick and friendly, and the
place was actually lively and entertaining. I also met the general manager who I
noticed was making himself available to everyone who might need assistance
(staff and patrons) which I thought was a nice touch. I hate to say it but I
will definitely return if for nothing else but the pub.

We stayed here with young children and found the staff to be very accommodating.
The accommodation was clean, and comfortable.
Everything was in walking distance in case you wanted to do some shopping.
The hotel is very good quality hotel. Good access to internet and the nearby pub
is a convenience in case you want an evening with your spouse.

Yes the hotel is a bit further than you'd like from downtown Victoria but it's a
great night stop to catch an early morning ferry from Nanaimo. Avoid all the
traffic in Downtown and get on the road quicker. The price we paid for this
level of hotel was a steal. One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in at this star
rating. Would definitely recommend this place.
