The location alone would be enough to highly recommend this hotel but the hotel
itself was wonderful. We chose a room that wasn’t overlooking the harbour but
still had a fantastic view of the old historic buildings in downtown Victoria. I
loved the wrap around view from our room and seeing the Parliament Buildings lit
up at night was great. The continental breakfast each morning was very good and
was a great start to the day. Being so close to absolutely all of downtown
Victoria was a real treat. We walked everywhere and being able to see so much
and without going that far from the hotel was fantastic. Overall it was a
wonderful experience and if we go back to Victoria we will definitely be staying
at this hotel again.

There is no doubt we would return to this hotel. Husband on business, so this
location is perfect for easy walking and sightseeing for whoever is spending the
day awaiting his return. If I had to find something negative it would be that I
could not access the WIFI. Eventually I found a network nearby. Not sure if this
is a hotel issue or not. The room was great, and not a typical room in shape.
Lots of windows and large balcony. Breakfast great. Nicely refurbished and great
bed. All in all an excellent choice for us.

We stayed four nights in a suite, had a wonderful experience. I can not find a
single negative aspect to bring up, staff was fine and the room was more than I
thought. It is too bad it does not have a dining room because I bet that would
have been great as well. Speaking of that lots of dining choices in the area,
good pubs, even some dives if you want it.

Room was more than what we expected.. we stayed in a two room suite.. furniture
is very updated, it has a balcony with a beautiful view to the bay there is a
huge plasma tv in the living room. kitchen is fully equipped and clean.. rooms
have tv also.. excellent pillows and sheets.. bathrooms are huge and toiletries
are first class products.. Breakfast is included and it is ok..

The location is great for shopping & sight seeing. Also I enjoyed being on the
waterfront. The room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Parking is
underground and secure. Staff were pleasant & helpful.
The bedding was in good condition but could be upgraded.

The staff was very nice, we had a case of the stomach flu and they came in to
change out our beds and allowed for a late check out. We definitely will stay
there again. Great views and awesome location.
Would have been nice to have a pool, but they gave us free passes to the YMCA so
we used the pool there.

The hotel was very good. It was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was very good
compared to other continental breakfasts (included) I have experienced. I was
glad we choice a city view room rather than the view of the harbour. The harbour
is beautiful, however the noise from the seaplanes starting at around 6:00 am
would of been a problem.

This hotel is conveniently located in downtown Victoria. It had everything we
needed for a short visit to Victoria. I appreciated the complimentary parking
and breakfast. The bathroom was huge, and the room's furniture was nicely
arranged so that it felt spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel
to anyone who is looking for reasonably priced accommodations in Victoria.
