The rooms were very stylish and also includes a play station but with no games provided. The room was clean alright but there was a big area of chipped paint on the bathroom door and one of the light bulb in the room is burnt out too, they should have better room maintenance. However, this place is only a 2min or less walk to the whistler lift, which was awesome. The hotel doesn't provide any complimentary utilities such as toothbrush and toothpaste, but they have a little cabinet in the lobby area containing these items for sale, you can get cheaper ones at the grocery store only minutes away. There is free wireless internet but only in the lobby. They offer only valet parking for $20 per night but only is from time you check in and check out - ish.. it was confusing to ask. If you park anytime earlier in the day or till later after you check out, there is a "half day" charge of $10 to the parking fee... I would recommend this hotel if you are only staying a night or so otherwise the service they provide are just too inconvenient.

Reservations through Whistler.com were not executed properly and the hotel had us "checked in" and paying for our room one day before we arrived. Our proof of reservations dates was not accepted until "management approved." Once in, our suite was nice and down the hall away from noise. But, housekeeping was non existent. When asked why our room was not served we were told that the hotel was "too busy with check ins" to even offer clean towels. We were rousted by a false fire alarm which reflects the kind of client this hotel attracts. I think we were lucky to not have suffered worse. Not a four star hotel, not even close. Don't even think about an internet connections. More like a college dorm.
A management disaster.
Look somewhere else.

We got a last minute deal so the value was good for the loft suite. The hotel is small, but the room was very spacious with the bedroom up some stairs from the main room. The design was really nice. Kind of a stylish retro feel. We liked it a lot. The room was very clean and seemed very recently remodelled. There was a kitchen type area with a kettle and microwave, but could have used a toaster. In fact, knowing they didn't have one, we brought ours, but set off the very sensitive smoke alarm. Yikes, won't do that again.

Service was very good. Extremely friendly. I read about noise from the restaurant downstairs. Have to say, didn't hear a thing, but we were on the third floor. Maybe it's different lower down. The bed was really cozy. For me, almost a little too soft, but still really nice.

Location is right in the village and really close to the lifts. I would recommend this hotel highly for it's style, service and location. Only thing is it is smaller and doesn't have an on site breakfast option and certainly no toaster! Also, the hot tub was very small and really didn't have much of a view. I quite like the apres ski hot tub thing, so this was lacking in that specific area. Otherwise, really nice place.

The noise at this hotel is deafening - there is not a chance of getting a wink of sleep before 2am. I was told that to get a quiet room would involve an upgrade that I would have to pay more for. I guess it is too much to ask

To top things off, I asked to speak to the manager, David [-], and he refused to speak to me. Unbelievable how this business stays in business.

We spent a family 'Thanksgiving Weekend' at the beautiful Adara Hotel In Whistler. My two son's and their young families had one bedroom suites with kitchens. My husband and I had a spacious bedroom with two queen beds, a fridge, and coffee maker . . . perfect for us!! We had a conjoining room with one of our son's which made the weekend more fun for Grandma and Grandpa!! The location of the hotel couldn't have been better . . . a 30 second walk to the village main street and all the restaurants . . . family restaurants like Whitespot, and Spaghetti Factory to Ric's Grill, plus numerous fine dining specialty restaurants . . . definitely something to suit everyone.
The hotel beds and pillows couldn't have been more comfortable . . . they were truly 10/10!!! The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating and we were very impressed with the efficiency of the valet parking.
There was always complimentary coffee in the lobby as well as a newspaper and big bowl of fresh apples on the table beside the elevator. We would highly recommend the Adara Hotel to anyone planning a trip to Whistler . . . you will not be disappointed!!!
