Very convenient with good amenities, quiet and within walking distance of
everything. Ideal slope side location. I would highly recommend this as one of
the premier properties for great value for money.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom unit and enjoyed the rustic decor with its slate and
wood accents.
The unit, pool and hot tub were very clean.
In a quiet area but close enough for a nice walk to the village center.
We are planning on staying there again in 2 weeks

It was like a home away from home. The beds were so comfy it was like sleeping
on a cloud.
The hotel was close to everything we needed just a few minutes walk away. The
room contained a kitchenette which was very helpful considering the cost of food.
Pool was very relaxing loved the hot tub. mmmm relaxingOct 7, 2009
The Marquise at Blackcomb, first of all, the hotel was hard to find. The sign
sits too low to be seen at night. We only found it via a GPS device that said we
were there. We arrived around 8 and there was nobody at the desk. We were not
aware that we had to go to another location to get the key. Considering that
this unit has a kitchen, one would assume that there might be some basic
supplies there. Nothing. Not even a salt shaker. Dishes, pots and pans were
adequate, but be forewarned that there was nothing in the line of cooking
basics. The coffeemaker had a hotel packet of coffee, and few packets of sugar
and "whitener", and that was it. Even the ice-cube trays were empty. Ski in-ski
out? Yes, but you better ask someone how to do it. You could ski in to the stop
sign across the road, but you’d never know it unless someone told you. Same
thing about the ski-out....you have to walk over to the Aspens to get to it. I
thought the pricing was in Canadian dollars, since I thought I was booking a
room in Canada. Bare in mind, Hotels.com is a US entity and it says once, on the
confirmation, that rates are USD. That was overlooked on my part, so the room
ended up not being as great a deal as I thought. The room was clean, adequate
and the facility was nice. I would stay there again, now that I am familiar with
it....but I would look at other options, too, for the price paid. Getting into
the village was a bus ride, and it isn’t something to be done spontaneously.
It’s a trip. The bus was to come every 20 minutes, although others said they had
been waiting 30+ and we waited another 20 for it.
