During the 2010 Games, there will be six different
Whistler Live! sites set up throughout the village featuring extensive and
interactive arts and entertainment programming. After you have taken in some
competitions and hit the powder, take a stroll through Whistler Village and
enjoy the free entertainment taking place all day long, from 9:00 am to 11:00
pm.
Every night, 5,000 people will gather in the brand new Whistler Medals Plaza to
cheer on and share the excitement of the day’s medal winners. Watch live
broadcasts of Olympic and Paralympic events from Vancouver and Whistler in
addition to art, cultural and musical entertainment from national and
international performers.
The Closing Ceremonies of the Paralympic Winter Games will be held at Whistler
Medals Plaza as well.
Whistler Live Town Plaza
Town Plaza features CTV sport broadcasting, Sea-to-Sky live art, family
entertainment and Omega Bobsleigh photo opportunities.
Whistler Live Village Common
Village Common will be the Whistler Live! headquarters with interviews,
commentary, digital media arts and a 360° viewable studio.

with nightly Fire & Ice shows, DJs, street performers and a mountain canvas art
show
