We got an amazing deal with www.allure-hotels.com . This was our second trip to whistler so knew the village layout. Although I've given 4* for location it was still only 10m to lifts so being quite picky. Great location for bars in the evening.
Room was great, really big. Jacuzzi was great to ease tired muscles!
Would definitely stay here again.

It was our first trip to Whistler and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
The kitchen was really useful as we could whip up a meal after a day out at the ski. The fireplace in the room was a nice feature. At first, I thought the Jacuzzi was v misplaced. But it came in really useful after a day out in the slopes. The staff were really helpful. I injured myself while skiing and they recommended a great clinic.

The only thing was that we had to walk all the way to the lifts every morn. It's not too far a walk but it is a toll when you are aching from all the skiing.

My husband and I both agreed that we will come back to this hotel if we return to Whistler.

With the entire Village just a few steps away the Pinnacle is located in a fantastic position. The free village shuttle will pick you up by the bus stop just behind the hotel and take you to the ski lifts and conveniently there is a ski and board gear rental store just next door.
The room has a little kitchen with a cooker, microwave, toaster, fridge etc... great as a money saver as buying meals can add up. Also within the room is a Jacuzzi tub for 2 which is separate from the bathroom where the shower is located.
Cleanliness is good.
Large TV with plenty of channels.
Pool and Jacuzzi just outside.
Underground Parking for a fee
Staff are excellent and very knowledgeable about the local facilities and will go out of there way to assist you.

We liked the pinnacle because of its great location and easy bus pickup/drop off to the slopes. We made the mistake the first day of walking to the slopes; the buses were much easier. We were four and the rooms were a little cramped. The kitchen is small and the bathroom is tiny, and there's a whirpool/sauna that seems misplaced in the room. Management was great and attentive.

Very friendly front desk staff - even produced a cell phone charge for me when I'd realized I'd forgotten mine. Good walking proximity to Whistler Village and Gondola - free shuttle to ski attractions is right outside and runs about every 10 minutes. Hotel and room was clean. Room was bright, modern and spacious enough for the 3 of us. With two teen girls in tow - loved all the mirror space! Our room was a little noisy in that the hallway noise was very clear (but we were near the elevator), and there was a knocking sound (maybe the heater in another room?). I would stay here again.

Stayed at the Pinnacle Sept. 30 & Oct. 1/2010 while on vacation. Staff were helpful, room was very clean and well equipped (kitchen with dishes), flat screen TV, whirlpool tub, fireplace and large shower. Close to all Whistler attractions. We would happily stay there again.

Our room here was really nice. It had high ceilings, a kitchenette, lounge area and a small balcony. It’s location in Whistler Village is perfect too. Everything is just a short walk away. As we experienced all across Canada most of the hotel staff were Australian. Staff here were polite and got us into our room before the usual check-in time. I think the room was very good value at $117USD a night. Underground parking was at an additional cost of $20. This hotel seems to be professionally run and well organised as well as reasonably priced. I’d stay here again, for sure.

It was all right!
This is my second time in Whistler. The hotel was fine. They told us they "upgraded" us to a room with a 2-person Jacuzzi. From everything I’ve read, *every* room has a 2-person Jacuzzi and I knew about that when I booked it originally. I don’t like being tricked into "thinking" I got an upgrade. Also, they managed to give us one of the only rooms without a balcony. Boo. Other than that, the hotel was fine, and in a great location. I think next year I will stay at Nita Lake Lodge again, which I stayed at last year. It was like going from first class to coach, although it was nice to be in the Village and not at Creekside. Everyone at the front desk was pretty friendly though. I even saw a black bear outside of the hotel on the side the last day!
