After reading all these negative feedbacks, I was hesitate to book this hotel.
But I decided to give it a chance. And it turns out it's a right decision. The
hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, you can see they make a lot of
effort to update the hotel and being very passionate of what they are doing.
Me and my boyfriend booked for the Jacuzzi room along with the Valentines Dinner
package. The room is big (way bigger then those ones in downtown) and the dinner
was yummy. The hotel set up was a bit outdated and for sure need some makeover
(and there is a undergoing renovation, so it should be great when they are all
done.)
This is a hotel for you if you're looking for good value and a relax getaway as
long as you're not too fussy about the decor.
Overall, I would say this hotel is worth visiting and we enjoyed our stay and
will for sure consider going back. Can't wait when the renovation are all done
and have the restaurant/lounge back in business again!

would not be surprised to see this place condemned soon - leaks and water stains
everywhere - no restaurant on site anymore - stay away

Seriously a joke. I read the reviews and I decided to give this place a chance,
even though there were more bad reviews then good. The website is totally false,
the place is totally run down and ugly. Furniture is old, tv is small and would
cut out. I found a thick black hair in my bed. Also you wouldn't believe it if I
told you, but I had a shower the evening I got there with the door open and the
damn smoke detector was going off like a bat outta hell and wouldn't shut off.
RIP OFF!!! For the money I paid I could've gone somewhere way more superb. Save
yourself the misery and go to a Holiday Inn, Best Western, or Sandman, trust
me...you can thank me later.

The room was dirty, run down, and very poorly maintained. The room was a non
smoking room but it really stunk of cigarette smoke. Although the pool area was
nice, there were no towels and even when we requested some both the staff at the
pool and the front counter didn't have any.
The location is good and the pool area is nice but the rest is awful. Unless you
are in for one night and your kids really need a pool stay away.

Don't stay here- Best Western down the road. Staff is incompetent & rude, hotel
is a joke & Web site is a facade of some place that doesn't exist. Nice try,
Pacific Inn.

After reading some very negative reviews, we almost passed on booking this
hotel, but a friend arranged a good price for us, so we spent 6 night here.
We had a good experience . The room was what we requested (king-size bed in a
quiet part of the hotel). The T.V. was small, but the rooms are being renovated.
The pool and Jacuzzi were terrific...pristine...they have groups of people who
make use of the health spa facilities here on a regular basis. My grand-daughter
loved the pool and Jacuzzi. On our second night, someone put soap in the
Jacuzzi, but to our delight, it was cleaned up and ready for use 2 days later.
The restaurant (a "Pantry" franchise) was, we thought, very good. The staff were
professional, the food was good, and the prices reasonable...we all enjoyed
eating here.. sitting next to the pool.
The desk staff were pleasant...several times I de-magnetized my key (because it
was beside my cel phone), and it was cheerfully re-magnetized.
The hotel is under new management, and, based on our experience on this visit,
is a place we will look at booking into again next year, based on this years
experience. We thought, for what we paid, we got good value.

Close drive to the beach but is in real need of being fixed up. :(
Pool was great but everything is looking a little run down. My wife was annoyed
after seeing the same dishes left in the hallway for 4 days what gives, even the
maids did not care when she asked about this??? Main thing is it is pet friendly
but one should not choose a place to stay because of the animal.... |
